TechAmerica Foundation Recognizes PowerMedia XMS as “Best Of” in Technology products and Services Across Technology Industry

MILPITAS, Calif.– June 24, 2013 Dialogic Inc. (OTCQB:DLGC), the Network Fuel™ company, was named winner of the 2013 American Technology Award in Telecommunications by the TechAmerica Foundation. The American Technology Awards recognize the best products and services from across the technology industry, and the organization selects winners after a thorough evaluation by industry experts and technology leaders, who consider the degree of the technology’s innovation and the significance of its results.

The TechAmerica Foundation recognized Dialogic for its PowerMedia™ XMS media server, which enables standards-based, real-time multimedia communication solutions for mobile and broadband. Using IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS) and IMS-like architectures along with 4G/LTE networks, PowerMedia XMS leverages top trends in smart endpoints and mobile broadband IP networks by turning smartphones and tablets into audio and video endpoints for calling and conferencing applications, such as Web Real-Time Communications (WebRTC). With the release of PowerMedia XMS 2.1, network operators and application developers can support WebRTC and enable a seamless, native experience for users.

"Receiving the American Technology Award in the Telecommunications category is a credit to all the hard work and late nights by the team at Dialogic,” said Shawn Osborne, chairman of the TechAmerica Foundation. “The competition was of the highest caliber, and we congratulate Dialogic on its win.”

Andrew Goldberg, senior vice president of marketing and strategy at Dialogic, said “PowerMedia XMS 2.1 is Dialogic’s answer for collaborating with WebRTC’s game-changing approach to rich communication service delivery. Service providers and application developers will be able to quickly monetize opportunities with WebRTC, as PowerMedia XMS 2.1 will allow them to save time on building multimedia processing and connectivity solutions.”

The winners were announced at the Technology and Government gala dinner, the premier Washington, D.C. technology networking event, in front of hundreds of industry and government leaders. The Technology and Government gala was held at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. on June 20, 2013.
