The following is a summary of the Bronze Service Agreement features:
- Access to application development support
- Software Maintenance Updates, implemented in conjunction with the application provider
- Business hours remote technical support direct from Dialogic
- 8 business-hour response
- Access to online problem submission and real-time problem status systems
- Access to senior Dialogic product support applications engineers
- Ability to purchase all optional Dialogic® Pro™ Advantage Services
- Service request case limits may apply
The Bronze Service Agreement is available for the following products:
- Dialogic® PowerMedia HMP
- Dialogic® PowerMedia XMS for Enterprise
- Dialogic® Brooktrout SR140 Fax Software
