StreamWIDE Value-Added Services Platform and Dialogic® Vision™ 1000 Video Gateway Provide Access to a Broad Portfolio of Commercially-Proven, Revenue Generating Services

Parsippany, New Jersey - September 15, 2010 - Dialogic Corporation ("Dialogic"), a global provider of world-class products and technologies for multimedia and signal processing, today announced an alliance with StreamWIDE, a leader in next generation value-added services, to offer the Dialogic® Vision^TM 1000 Video Gateway with StreamWIDE's media processing software and service creation environment to enable service providers and solution developers to develop innovative mobile value-added services.

The ecosystem alliance between Dialogic and StreamWIDE will enable mobile network operators to provide continued operation of mobile video value-added services and to connect video solutions to a broad range of Dialogic® products and services designed for service provider deployments -- while taking advantage of the company's proven support services. The combined platform incorporates Dialogic's commercially-proven products and domain expertise in deploying 3G-324M gateways in mobile networks, as well as StreamWIDE's range of audio, video, fax, email, SMS and MMS applications leveraging open API and open source programming languages, enabling accelerated innovation, reduced time to market, and agile business models.
