Development
If you are a new or existing customer developing applications with PowerMedia HMP or Brooktrout SR140 Software, the Dialogic Service Agreement can provide assistance with development-related questions while helping you formulate your design and make changes and upgrades.
Deployment
When you are ready to deploy or want to provide services for fielded products, the Value Per Unit Plan can provide coverage for deployed licenses that includes software maintenance and remote technical support.
Broad Coverage
If you prefer to cover development needs and all your fielded products under a single agreement with the option of adding individual Dialogic Pro Advantage Services to customize the package, consider the Developer Advantage Service Agreement.
