J1 Span Configure 0x0019

This message is used by the host to configure the transmitted pattern of certain bits in different frames of a multi-frame over the J-ONE interface.

NOTE: Before changing span configuration, Dialogic ALWAYS RECOMMENDS that you de-assign the spans, assign them again and then send the new span configuration.
