Purpose
This section includes PPL Config Bytes, all PPL Events, and Timer information for the PPL Component MTP3 HMDT.

Only the 1st occurrence in the current reporting interval for a particular signaling point is reported by this event. A single ICB of type Q.752 Parameters is included with the following parameters: 0x0000 Timestamp |
