Purpose

This section includes PPL Config Bytes, all PPL Events, and Timer information for the PPL Component MTP3 LSAC.

0x0002	Signaling link failure. This is an existing PPL Event Indication to which Q.752 Parameters are added (unless operating under backward compatibility). A single ICB of type Q.752 Parameters is included with the following parameters: 0x0000 Timestamp 0x0001 Interval sequence number 0x001d Link failure reason code
0x0003	Signaling link test failure. This is an existing PPL Event Indication to which Q.752 Parameters are added (unless operating under backward compatibility). A single ICB of type Q.752 Parameters is included with the following parameters: 0x0000 Timestamp 0x0001 Interval sequence number
