0x0676 Echo Cancel Bypass

Use this TLV in the Generic Card Configure message to set card-level parameters for Echo Cancel.

4	Bypass Enable 0x00 = Normal Operation; 0x01 = Bypass the echo canceller 0x02 = Bypass the echo canceller but still adapt its internal states and coefficients.
