Voicemail System (VMS)

Is a system that answers incoming calls with a recorded menu of choices. The caller responds by making choices on the touchpad of their phone and his or her call is routed or processed accordingly. High-end voicemail systems can be plugged into a computer for integration into a firm's communications network.
