By default, the Excel platform uses the following four classes:
• 0x00 Standard North America
• 0x01 Dial Tone
• 0x02 CPC Detection
• 0x03 Energy Detection
The parameters associated with a CPA class are defined in CPA Class Parameters and Definitions. To modify a class or to add a new class, use the CPA Class Configure message. The Excel platform supports up to 15 classes. A class can contain up to 15 pattern members, and 30 patterns are allowed for each Excel platform. Class elements are given in Class Elements.
