Where to find the Serial Number (S/N)

Dialogic® IMG 1010 Integrated Media Gateway and Dialogic® IMG 1004 Integrated Media Gateway

• In Dialogic^®  Gate Control Element Management System (GCEMS) ClientView under the physical IMG in the property field called  “Serial Number”.
• On the sticker with the barcode on the back of the IMG. The Serial Number is located under the barcode preceded by 'S/N'.
• IMG 1010 only: on the Front Panel of the IMG in the LCD Menu. Use the LCD menu control to go to the option “Product Info”.
   

Dialogic® IMG 2020 Integrated Media Gateway (IMG 2020), formerly referred to as Dialogic® BorderNet™ 2020 Session Border Controller

• In the 2020 IMG WebUI under the BDN2020 object in the property field called  “Serial Number”.
• On the sticker with the barcode on the back of the IMG. The Serial Number is located under the barcode preceded by 'S/N'.
   

What does the Serial Number look like?

The Serial Number is an 8 digit number, for example, 10311356. 

Note: The IMG consists of a chassis and motherboard, each of which has a unique Serial Number with the format described above. The location of the Serial Number described above is that for the chassis. A support contract is always tied to the Serial Number of the chassis.
