Adding Video to a Dialogic® Global Call / R4 IVR Application -
This course leads you through the steps necessary to take a Dialogic R4 application from audio-only to full multimedia.
With the multimedia application, a video SIP phone may be used to view video clips, with menu navigation done using DTMF.
Using Native Play and Record in a Dialogic® Multimedia Application -
This course reviews the steps necessary to convert a Dialogic Multimedia demo that transcodes its audio to one that plays directly
from or records directly to a media file without transcoding.
On-line course - Dialogic® Brooktrout Fax
Fax over IP - Understanding the basics -
This course is designed for anyone who is interested in learning more about Fax over IP. There are no prerequisites to meet before taking this course. Be sure that your speakers or headphones are turned on as there is an audio commentary included with the slides. This presentation is 'self paced' so it is necessary to use the controls on the bottom of the presentation screen to 'pause' or 'advance' the slides.

This course is designed for VB and C# programmers wishing to write programs
that use Dialogic® Diva® media boards and software - including Dialogic® Diva® SoftIP virtual adapters or Dialogic® Host Media Processing (HMP) Software for VoIP - using
Visual Basic 2005/2008 and
Visual C# 2005/2008. Note that Dialogic® Diva® Client products are not supported by the
Diva Component API.
Using the Dialogic® Diva® API with Visual C++ -
This course is designed for application programmers wishing to write programs
that use Dialogic® Diva® media boards and software - including Dialogic® Diva® SoftIP virtual adapters or Dialogic® Host Media Processing (HMP) Software for VoIP.
The Diva application programming interface is
introduced by showing you how to start creating your own application
using Visual C++. Note that Dialogic® Diva® Client products are not supported by the Diva API.
On-line courses - X.25 and ISDN
X.25: theory and practice -
This course is designed for application programmers wishing to write programs
that use a Dialogic® Eiconcard® to connect to X.25 networks. The Eiconcard X.25
development tools are introduced and explained and several sample programs are
described.
ISDN: theory and practice - This
course explains from the user's point of view how ISDN works. In
addition to this basic theoretical background, it explains some of the practical
applications and consequences of the concepts introduced. The target
audience is primarily 1st-level technical support people, but much of the course
is also suitable for a non-technical audience.
