Using the Diva Line Test tool to perform a Diva Media Board hardware test.

Note:

To use the Line Test utility, you must first do the following:

• Install the Dialogic® Diva® Media Board
• Install the Dialogic® Diva® Service Release for Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008/7 software
• Disconnect your ISDN line(s) from the Diva Media Board(s).

1. Run Line Test by selecting ‘Start > Programs > Dialogic Diva > Line Test’.

2. The ‘Dialogic Diva Line Test’ dialog appears. The 'Hardware Test' option appears below 'Line Check'.




If you have several boards, or a Diva 4BRI board, first select the board or the controller you want to test.

Then, click the ‘Start’ button next to 'Hardware Test' (shown in the screen shot above) to begin the check.

Check all available boards and controllers by selecting them in turn from the Device drop-down menu and clicking Start.
